Full-Service Planning
Start to finish, we manage the vendors, the budget, the layout, and the timeline. You approve the vision; we handle the hundred moving pieces behind it.
DJ & Entertainment
Skip the outside booking. Tara and her husband provide full DJ and MC service in-house, so your music, announcements, and timeline all run through one team.
Day-Of Coordination
Already planned it yourself? We step in for the final stretch — vendor check-ins, setup, timeline management — so you're a guest at your own event, not the manager.
Floral Arrangements

From menu tastings to headcounts to serving times, we manage the food side so it lands hot and on schedule. We work with your caterer of choice or connect you with ones we trust.
Ordained Minister
Tara is an ordained minister and can officiate your ceremony — traditional, personalized, or somewhere in between. One less vendor to book, and someone who already knows your timeline by heart.
Mobile Bartending
A full bar brought to your venue, backyard, or barn, with signature drinks built around your event. Professional service, clean setup, and one less thing for your guests to figure out.
